Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped according to the shipping method you selected during checkout.
Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. Delivery usually takes 10-15 business days after dispatch. The shipping fee is €12.95.
- Free Shipping: For orders over €50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Shipping Areas
We ship globally, excluding some remote areas and certain parts of Asia. Please check our website for more details on shipping restrictions.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Ecostyle Winkel. If you need to return or exchange a product, please follow the steps below.
Return & Exchange Procedure
- Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Receive a Return Label: Once your request is approved, you will receive a return label via email.
- Pack the Product: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging.
- Send the Product Back: Attach the return label to the package and send it back to our address: 2167 Nijverheidsweg, Middenmeer, NL 1775BB.
- Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, you will receive a confirmation, and your refund or exchange will be processed.
Refund Information
Refunds are processed once the returned product is received and inspected. The refund will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
Non-Returnable Products
Please note that the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Blooming Indoor Plants: Due to their delicate nature and limited shelf life.
- Bouquets: Due to their temporary nature and intended use.
